| 2010 will mark the ten year anniversary of the publication of my Printz Honor novel Stuck in Neutral, and this September 2009 will be the publication, finally, in paperback with a very cool new cover, of my novel No Right Turn (HarperCollins 2006). In order to celebrate these events I want to offer something special to the many schools and libraries that have been so supportive of my books. |
To the first 25 librarians who send me their favorite SIN or NRT booktalks, reviews, or book discussion questions, which will be added to an updated/new resource page on my website here at terrytrueman.com (properly credited), I will send a signed PB copy of SIN and NRT (to be mailed when the NRT PB is released). And for every teen who emails me with his/her thoughts about any of my books, I will do a random drawing on June 1, 2010, the actual anniversary of the first publication of Stuck in Neutral, and send five winners a complete autographed set of my books. |
I know that budgets for schools and libraries have been sadly decreasing making author visits more and more difficult to afford. To try to help counter this, I will maintain my reduce
speaking honoraria for the rest of 2009 and for all of 2010 and do my best to work within all budgetary constraints. For more information about this and other news, Send all responses to me at ttrueman1215@msn.com
